Newcastle dissonant hardcore quintet STARVE TO SURVIVE have unveiled a video for the title-track from their new EP Have Me To Waste. Directed by Olli Appleyard, check out the video to Have Me To Waste here:
The band comment: “Have Me to Waste as a whole, represents personal struggle, claustrophobia and learning to live with self doubt on a day to day basis. In some areas of the video, the character can be seen struggling frantically in an almost coffin-like scenario, which really digs into the idea of being held captive between walls”.
Produced by Connor Sweeney of highly respected local scene-mates Loathe, STARVE TO SURVIVE have created a sound of darkened aggression with huge grooves and torrents of haunting atmosphere. The EP Have Me To Waste was released on 15th February.
Upcoming live dates:
28/07 – Newcastle w/ Black Tongue @ The Cluny 2
13/09 – Liverpool w/ Reclaimer @ Outpost
14/09 – Leicester w/ Reclaimer @ The Vault
With plenty more touring planned for 2019, STARVE TO SURVIVE promise to be a major force to be reckoned with in UK metal and hardcore.
